On January 27th, in St. Petersburg the city was commemorate the 75th Anniversary of The Complete Lifting of The Blockade around Leningrad. In our school, we pay close attention to the history of our country and our city. Last week, Students of Years 2-3 participated in the program "Lessons of courage" and students of grades 3-5 visited the Military Medical Museum. The children listened with great interest to lecturers who talked about how strength of will, courage and mutual assistance helped Leningraders to defend their hometown in the most difficult conditions. To commemorate this Day, each student did the "Blockade Swallow" badge with their own hands - a symbol of hope of the blockade city.
