In honour of the 76th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the Blockade 06.02.2020 00:00In honour of the 76th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the Blockade, Pre-School students visited the Leningrad Zoo. The students learned a lot about the animals that lived in the zoo during the Siege. We heard stories of daily exploits, true compassion and love for all living things that happened daily in the besieged city.
After the tour, our little students created drawings of their favourite animals for their own exhibition.
